Job Description

Position: Assistant Project Manager/Coordinator (Streaming/OTT)Location: Culver City, CALong Term Contract Required Skills7-12+ years supporting senior leaders in an executive support, coordinator, or program support role.Building stakeholder maps, scheduling and sequencing cross-functional meetings, preparing materials, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through that keeps the program on track.Experience in Media and Entertainment, Streaming, Content or entertainment context (VOD, Digital content platforms, OTT)Proven ability to schedule and manage complex, multi-party meetings across time zones.
