Ability to verbally and in writing communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a copy machine, printer, telephone or fax machine. Moderate level of repetitive typing using a computer keyboard. Must be able to frequently walk the apartment community. Must be able to remain in a stationary position. Is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files cabinets, supplies, and office equipment, etc. Alternate between sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasionally lift, carry and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment will be moderate. Ability to travel to different work sites via personal automobile, rental car, airplane and other public transportation modes on occasion.
