This Will Include The Following On a Day-to-day BasisLive our Mission, Vision and Values.
With the Senior Clinical Psychologist provide a range of psychological services as required including assessments, reports and recommendations, and diagnostics. Promote and deliver services within the Company ethos and philosophy Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing an integrated and coordinated service to our service users and contribute to the development of person-centred plans. Assist with providing advice/support programmes and training for parents and families. Participate actively in general development of the service. Ensure that professional standards are maintained.
Monitor and keep up to date with developments in Psychology and early intervention, including attending training courses and participating in research and development. Participate in training as required. Provide support to other staff as appropriate and supervise students/volunteers as required. Contribute towards the on-going development of the service as required. Maintain quality standards within the service and participate in quality developments. Comply with policies and procedures as advised. Perform any other duties appropriate to the position from time to time. Assist Senior Clinical Psychologist in regard to compiling and presenting reports as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to staff and IndividualsQualificationSkills RequirementPsychology Degree or equivalentMSc ABA or equivalent All candidates must meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland. KnowledgeKnowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area. ExperienceDemonstrable previous experience in a similar role. Experience of / with people with additional and/or complex needs. SkillsHigh standard of IT literacy. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills under pressure, ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent organisational skills / self-motivated / self-starter. Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
