Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant QAQC Manager to join our team in the medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quality Assurance/Quality Control with a focus on compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Provide training to the organization on quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for medical devices, and 21 CFR Part 820 regulations.Control and maintain the document control system within the organization, including batch records, sterilization reports, and other controlled documents.Coordinate with the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to manage internal and external audits of subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.A minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in QA/QC within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and training skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant regulations.Experience with document control systems and quality management software.If interested, please submit your application to cvs@jdawms.com with your expected salary and resume.We regret that only short-listed candidates will be contacted shortly.
