Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.The Assistant supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all Intermediaries & FO and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects - with the objective to ensure seamless operations and fast, competent and complete responses. Responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, payment execution and placement of loans and deposits. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount, with effective handling of enquiries and data provision, plus escalation to senior colleagues where necessary. The RM relies on the Assistant to help promote and service the e-channels dedicated to the Intermediaries & FO and to process the related requests and enquiries.The Assistant is involved in the ongoing information exchange with RMs, plus both internal and external stakeholders in course of business with the clients. As such, they are a role model for professional, competent and high-quality client care and the foundation of our successful Front teams.YOUR CHALLENGEClient Adminstration & ManagementSupports the RM and team in client interaction in all respectsAttends to incoming calls and takes prompt actionMaintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RMProvides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgementProcesses orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requestsHelps to promote the usage and adoption of our dedicated Intermediaries & FO e-channelsMonitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and requiredBusiness ManagementOrganises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparationSupports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/division collaborationRisk ManagementFull adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policiesIs a first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessaryRegulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk ManagementDemonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations YOUR PROFILEPersonal & Social SkillsExcellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressureProactive, friendly and solution- as well as customer-oriented attitudeStrong team player with excellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and impactfulHigh personal integrity and risk awareness/ethical mindsetProfessional CACS Papers 1 and 2Preferably with CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certificationWorking knowledge of T24, Olympics and TEMOSWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awarenessBasic understanding of relevant products and services applicable to EAM clients, plus valuation principlesStrong fluency in English (oral and written) and other languages according to the market requirementEducation & ExperienceA good university degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplineAt least 3 years of relevant ARM experience in Private Bank set upUnderstands the EAM Business industry, business requirements, competitive landscapeGood product knowledge of private banking solutions, investments, offering etcSound affinity with the geographic market(s) to be coveredExcellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressureProactive, friendly and solution- as well as customer-oriented attitudeStrong team player with excellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and impactfulHigh personal integrity and risk awareness/ethical mindsetRegulatory (where applicable)MAS Registered/Appointed RepresentativeWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
