For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an : ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERJob descriptionProvide daily support to Relationship Managers in their client-related activities (correspondence, meeting coordination, documentation). Manage client administrative tasks, including account opening procedures, CRM updates, and handling of client inquiries and requests. Assist in the preparation of client invitations and related communication materials. Prepare all documentation required for client visits in German and English, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor client portfolios and execute client instructions, ensuring proper documentation in the CRM tool.
Proactively support Relationship Managers in meeting defined key risk indicators in line with the agreed risk profile. Act as deputy for other assistants and handle selected RM responsibilities during absences. Coordinate client events in collaboration with the Events & Market Management team. Required profileMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Fluent in french, and either English or German. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to work autonomously while supporting a team-oriented environment. Strong client service orientation and high level of discretion.
