What do you do?Responsible for daily venue operations, achieving venue sales and profitability and ensuring every guest receives great service experience Work with Operations Manager on venue objectives and KPIs Analyse the sales, KPIs and propose action plan on a regular basis Coach employees in all aspects of systems and operations including guest service standards and venue presentation. Communicate and ensure that the team is aware of all the brand promotions and marketing initiatives Be accountable for cost management and reconcile all cashier takings and monies Manage and resolve any guest’s complaints/ feedback Maintain a high level of motivation and ensure the team is dedicated to offer the best guest service Provide constructive feedback and constantly provide coaching to the team for improvement Monitor the stock inventory process to minimize shrinkage and accuracy in stock management Plan and prepare weekly duty roster according to daily traffic Maintain employee turnover and absenteeism Conduct annual individual performance review of your team Log any incidents required by the business. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large retail environment, in a supervisory role. Good analytical skills with an eye for detail Proven leadership skills Integrity and a great sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills Ability to lead and manage a large team of full-timers and part-timers. Take initiative and creative problem-solving skills. Sound computer skills and knowledge to operate the systems and company softwares. What’s in for you?
