Kazi Farms Group is looking for Assistant Retail Store Manager (International Retail Chain)Job Description / ResponsibilityAlfamart, a leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country, is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited under the name Alfamart Trading Bangladesh. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee and coordinate operations in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.Job Purpose:To assist the store in operating smoothly and efficiently by following company procedures, maintaining good service and supporting the team to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction and store performance targets. Freshers are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Help receive goods and keep proper records.Maintain merchandise displays and store organization.Assist with loading, unloading, and stock checks.Keep the store and warehouse clean and safe.Support in verifying sales and handling lost/damaged goods.Inform customers about promotions and provide friendly service.Assist in monitoring staff performance and store productivity.Help with cash handling and basic reporting.Follow store and cashier procedures.Maintain confidentiality of company information.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field ( Freshers are encouraged to apply)Additional RequirementsFluency in both written and spoken English is a must.Experience in warehouse administration, stock control or distribution is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and inventory accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
