Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship management skillsAchieve Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Sales Target.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the HVACR, Electronics or related industries is a plus
