Job Requirements1.Minimum 1 year’s experience managing key customer accounts in the telecommunications industry (e.g., Indosat, Telkom, Telkomsel, XL, G&E, etc.).2.Fluent English is required and fast learning.Job Description1.Drive Sales & Branding: Oversee all sales activities for company products and services, including branding initiatives, press releases, customer engagement, and relationship-building.2.End-to-End Sales Process: Monitor the full sales cycle from product introduction and purchase order (PO) processing to delivery, implementation, payment collection, and maintenance.3.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.4.Customer Engagement : Meet with customers to understand their technical environment, business challenges, and future technology needs.5.Contract & Logistics Oversight :Follow up on contracts, Bills of Quantity (BoQ), payments, and equipment delivery status.6.Value Delivery: Communicate ZTE’s value proposition to help customers grow their business, creating opportunities for new projects.7.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate solution, commercial, finance, and after-sales teams based on customer requirements.8.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase revenue and expand ZTE’s market share.
