THE ROLEMassimo Dutti Assistant Store ManagerJOB DESCRIPTION1. Customer ServiceEngage with customers to provide exceptional service through personalized styling and product recommendations.Communicate customer feedback to the Retail team to help improve product development and customer satisfaction.2. Sales & Product ManagementAnalyze sales performance to identify opportunities and create action plans to achieve business goals.Collaborate with the Retail team and the headquarters in Spain to order and plan new collections suited for the store.Partner with the Visual Commercial team to manage product display and coordination based on sales analysis.Continuously monitor and report on trends, competitors, local market conditions, and customer preferences.3. Store OperationsWork closely with the Operations team to manage stock levels and ensure optimal store capacity.Oversee store readiness before opening, checking facilities, cash desks, floor quality, and supplies.Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth task execution and deliver the best possible customer experience.4. People ManagementManage and schedule staff effectively to ensure efficient store operations.Support onboarding for new employees to help them integrate smoothly.Provide structured training and feedback to develop the team’s performance and engagement.Partner with the HR Business Partner on recruitment, performance evaluation, and overall people management.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in fashion retail or store management.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance through sales and product analysis.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Deep understanding of the Massimo Dutti brand identity and competitive landscape.Passionate about fashion with a strong customer-service mindset.Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in English is an advantage.
