Yue Hwa holds special events and activities during festivals to showcase authentic Chinese products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse) at Yue Hwa Chinese Products in Singapore. The person will be responsible for overseeing shipping & receiving, material handling, inventory control, and delivering products on a daily basis.Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory Control skillsWarehouse & Logistics ManagementSupport streamline, and document e-commerce workflows, including order fulfillment, returns management, and escalation of customer service issues.Support the implementation of best practices to improve the online shopping experience, from site navigation to post-purchase touchpoints.Work closely with ecommerce and customer service teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery.Able to drive for the delivery of online ordersAbility to work weekends and/or public holidaysRequirements Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory Control skillsExperience in warehouse management or logisticsGood interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English & ChineseIndependent, ability to multitask and work as a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust possess a Class 3 Driving LicenseGood in Computer Skills, Word and ExcelKnowledge of Chinese products or culture is a plus
