This is the first EA hire for the business – a chance to shape the function from the ground up and become a trusted right-hand to two sharp, down-to-earth and high-performing leaders.
With direct access to the board and executive leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real impact, visibility, and variety. Their team are spread locally and globally, they respect flexibility and this person will be in office 3 days per week once up and running. The ResponsibilityYour role as Executive Assistant will include but not be limited to:
Complex calendar and travel coordination, including managing meetings across Australian and US time zonesInbox triage, daily prioritisation of tasks and deliverables, and executive gatekeepingCoordination of quarterly board meetings and monthly leadership team meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and materialsEvent planning and logistics for offsites and internal team eventsExpense management, document tracking, and CRM updatesProject support including research, reporting, and ad hoc internal communicationsThe ExpertiseWe’re looking for a calm, capable, and proactive Executive Assistant who brings:
