If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Role Purpose:Support the company’s financial sustainability by ensuring accurate tax planning, compliance, and reporting. The Assistant Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax processes, implementing effective tax strategies, and minimizing tax risks and penalties. This role ensures adherence to all relevant tax laws while optimizing the company’s tax position and providing expert advice to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.Review and monitor the company’s tax liabilities, ensuring accurate provisions in financial statements.Advise management on tax implications of business decisions, transactions, and agreements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and legislative changes.Supervise and guide tax team members to ensure accuracy and compliance in all filings.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax efficiency and reduce penalties.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).Master’s degree in Finance or Taxation (preferred).6–8 years of experience in finance with a strong focus on taxation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and various types of tax returns.Excellent understanding of current tax legislation and regulatory requirements.Core Competencies:Business Acumen and Commercial AwarenessStrategy and Analytical ThinkingExecution and Results OrientationCommunication and Stakeholder Management
