For more information, please visit http://www.paidy.com.About Position Reporting to the Cost Management Senior Manager, the person in this role will provide administrative support for managing vendor data (vendor information, contracts, costs, forecasts, bills, and related data) and related activities. Opportunity to also work with many types of vendors (software, hardware, services, and resource suppliers, etc.).Key Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintain updated information on current vendors and supporting documentationCostsContracts, NDAs and other agreements, etcSecurity, Compliance, Legal and Finance reviews, etcPrepare presentations and dashboards/trend analysis for senior managementSpend to dateForecastsPerformanceLicense, hardware and resource usage/trackingAssess the performance of vendors against contractual obligationsSupport vendor management processesHelp the staff/managers to navigate the processesSupport communication with vendorsSkills and RequirementsStrong communication/organizational skills and process driven - excellent attention to detailExperience with vendor/procurement management administration (contracts, billing, coordinating vendor activities, RFP's, etc)Experience in supplier performance reporting, analysis of expenditure, cost management reporting and related budgetary activitiesInventory management, forecasting based on available dataStrong reporting skills - ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira and other similar business tools (experience with data analytics tools would be a plus)Stakeholder management skillsFluent English and JapanesePaidy team will ask about your user experiences with Paidy Apps during the interview.
