Job DescriptionJob Purpose *Conduct business analysis and translate business requirements into technology solutions in accordance with CIMB Group’s established project and delivery management and SDLC methodology, processes and standards, Enterprise Architecture standards, IT governance and policies including Information Security, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning framework, applicable regulatory requirements and auditors.Oversee and manage the development and enhancement project delivery for Card Not Presence (CNP)/POS systems and related ecosystems in accordance with agreed scope, schedule and budget.Key Responsibilities *Collaborate with internal teams within Statementing, CB IT, Group Technology (GT) and business users to understand business processes, requirements, challenges and the inter-dependencies across multiple businesses and functions, and assist in translating the business requirements into technical specification, development and delivery strategies. Translate the business needs and priorities for IT by defining business and user requirements and developing the scope and objectives of the technology solutions to parallel overall business strategies.Create and write technical, functional, data and integration system documentations according to the specified requirements, business and end-user needs and obtain sign-off with business and relevant teams. Communicate system architecture concepts, strategies and standards to ensure alignment and consistency of practices throughout Card Not Presence (CNP)/POS systems, relevant functional stakeholders and CIMB Group. Oversee and manage systems enhancement and delivery projects according to agreed schedule, budget and quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB Group’s Enterprise Architecture standards and IT governance and policies.Work closely with internal teams such as Delivery and Solutioning and other relevant teams to determine resource requirements based on projects prioritisation, scope, timeline and dependencies.Partner with internal development, delivery and project management teams, relevant GT partners and vendors to deliver project work according to the technology and business requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during quality assurance (QA) process. Lead, participate in or support multiple projects including application configuration, conversion, upgrades, enhancements, administration and testing monitoring and ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects according to scope, schedule and budget.Review, plan and provide inputs for integration, conversion, testing, data migration, deployment and training strategies based on technical and business dependencies.Contribute to build the testing capability throughout development phases and strategize test plans to ensure robustness and sufficiency to achieve project objectives from functionality, usability, performance aspects.Build and manage relationships with cross functional team heads, business stakeholders and program sponsors and ensure alignment of understanding and expectations for smooth and successful delivery of projects.Provide regular periodical report on overall project updates, mitigation plan and escalation of project risks and issues, project budget and spending, resource utilisation and timeline and project related matters to relevant stakeholders.Proactively conduct business and systems design and process analysis with business stakeholders and GT teams for continuous system improvement.Participate in the review of design control and architecture to identify innovative solutions, synergies and optimisation opportunities to improve the applications’ capabilities and functionality.Plan and guide the team’s project prioritisation, scope, design, timeline and dependencies.Manage business relationships and expectations by establishing and facilitating communication process to provide updates, status, issues and resolutions.Coach and manage the performance deliverables and quality of the team.Key Dimension of Impact *Job Specification *Qualifications(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldProfessional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirementsNot requiredRelevant Work ExperienceMinimum 8 to 10 years’ experience as System Analyst and/or IT Project Delivery Lead in one or more of the banking areas with 5 years of team leading experince in service or vendor based organisation or established banks/ financial institutions.Experience in working with a team of technical and business users in gathering, understanding and documenting technology requirements and process mapping.Experience in writing successful project proposals planning and documenting technology requirements, requirement analysis tools/ methodologies (e.g. Flow chart, UML).Experience in managing complex system integration and development of large-scale projects.Strong knowledge and experience in system testing, implementation, and production support.Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment.Required Competencies and Skills *Competencies/Skills(Essential to succeed in this job)Technical/Functional skillsBanking Operations, Products, Services and Technology.Diverse Technical Configurations, Technologies and Processing Environments.Project Management Life Cycle, Methodologies and Tools.Various SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools.Business Requirements Gathering.Banking Business Processes.Business and Technology Trends of Financial Payment solution.Analytical.Ability to explain complex and technical terms in layman language.Technical Writing.Business Awareness.User Experience, Customer Journeys.Non-Technical SkillsStakeholder ManagementCustomers OrientatedFacilitation across Diverse Working Groups Team LeadingCoachingCollaboration Influencing CommunicationChange Management
