Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.Your RoleOverseeing management of assigned portfolio of clients across different foreign jurisdictions ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory obligationsEnsuring that the team under supervision operates effectively and efficiently and that all team members are properly guided and motivatedOverseeing administration of corporate legal services (such as such as incorporations, liquidations, facilitation of management board and shareholder meetings, minutes preparation, statutory filings with local authorities, completion of KYC requests, etc) pursuant to agreementsEnsuring that all legal documentation is complete, accurate, up-to-date and compliant with legislation of the jurisdiction where entity is registeredActing as the main point of contact for clients or other Citco offices in order to ensure any matters in relation to corporate secretarial services are investigated and dealt with efficiently, professionally and on a timely basisLiaising and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors, auditors, and other third parties as well as meet the expectations of the clients and adhering to set KPI’sSupervising staff and making recommendations on improving existing processes as well as performance of the teamPlanning team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team in order to motivate personnelOverseeing service migration processes and client entity onboarding projects, ensuring smooth processes and seamless cooperation among various internal and external stakeholders in the processConstantly challenging existing processes and look for synergies and efficienciesAbout YouUniversity degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent3+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, corporate secretarial services, compliance, business operations, corporate law field or similarProven track record of people management (direct reports and/or projects)Fluent in English (both written and spoken)A team player with great interpersonal and communication skillsEffective time management, organizational skills, analytical thinkingExperience in international environment and / or project management is an advantageSalary Range3150 - 4500 GROSSOur BenefitsYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
