Application Deadline: 28 November 2025Department: Rooms Division, Front Office & Guest ServicesLocation: Indonesia - BaliDescriptionThe Assistant Villa Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Floor (Villa) in order to meet the business requirements and guest satisfaction whilst ensuring the highest professional services in accordance with the Kempinski service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom assignment is done properly and according to Villa guests request.VIP arrival rooms are checked, as well as VIP amenities.As many EF guests welcomed and bid farewell as possible.Financial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results are 85% and above.CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with “5” and above.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management3 years experience in a Front Office Management positionpreferably in an international five star hotelLocal language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)English – excellent oral and written skillsAdditional language - beneficialSupervisory skillsLuxury Hotel ExperiencesGood Communication skills
