We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Perth's Hotels Executive Leadership Team as a Villa and Premium Accommodation Assistant Manager.This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of Villas and Premium accommodation including overseeing the Premium Event Spaces. Additionally, this role will be a direct report for the Butler Services department ensuring the team maintain a high level of personalised customer service. A key focus will be maintaining the highest levels of customer service aligned to our luxury assets with particular attention paid to service standards, property presentation and financial management of allocated areas.In this role, you’ll motivate and lead the teams to achieve the goals set by Hotel Management; As well as:Present a high level of visibility in the operation, supporting the Butler Team, and Banquet & Event teams as requiredMaintain abreast of industry developments and initiatives including competitor activity, current business issues, projects and processesEnsure the team constantly maintains a high level of personalised customer service by making a pleasant and friendly approach and ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service is delivered to our guestsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to execute daily operational requirementsAbout youYou’ll bring the following:Demonstrated management experience in a luxury HotelStrong customer service background and ability to lead teams to a high service cultureStrong Stakeholder relationship skillsExceptional planning, communication and conflict negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employeesAdditional InformationThis role requires Qualification in Hotel/Commerce or related business discipline preferredWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
