The Assistant Finance Manager will play a key role in :Perform accurate and efficient accounting procedures.Maintain double-entry bookkeeping and reconcile accounts.Monitor budgets, expenses, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.Prepare financial reports, presentations, and management summaries.Support month-end and year-end closings.Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance.Conduct stock verification and safeguard financial data.Investigate discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Lead the team and oversee client compliance and assignments.QualificationsMale / FemaleProficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial ReportingStrong understanding of Accounting Principles and Regulatory ComplianceSkills in Management and Team CollaborationExcellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience using financial tools or software such as spreadsheets or accounting systemsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Prior relevant experience in finance or accounting rolesEffective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
