 Location: Egypt - 6th of Oct- Smart Village#associate_agentThis role will be responsible for communicating with various issuing authorities as well as third-party vendors across multiple locations with the main purpose of successfully obtaining complete verifications.1.Ensures full compliance to the background screening process and standards of the Organization as outlined in the Operations Manual.2. Ensures that KPI’s are consistently achieved by managing the tasks assigned consistently.3. Acts as the point of contact of the Organization with the various verification sources.4. Establishes and maintains good relationships with the various verification sources (direct or via third-party vendor) to ensure that verifications are obtained in a timely manner resulting to a smooth workflow.5. Conducts extensive research relating, but not limited to contact details and effective methods of engagement with the various verification sources to yield a faster response on the screening requests initiated.6. Engages with the team to actively support continuous process improvement initiatives to promote a more efficient Operations Team.7. Ensures that daily/weekly/monthly reports are completed and submitted on time consistentlyQualifications:1. College graduate of any course2. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)3. Established good working relationships with customers/clients4. Ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work pressure, heavy workload and deadlines5. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details6.
