Harnessing technology and rebuilding software expertise, the team is inspiring simplicity with projects that deliver revenue and cost savings opportunities.As an Associate Director for Product Owners at AT&T, you will lead a dynamic team of product owners, driving the strategy and execution of our software-based products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.Core Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Make sure that product vision, strategy, and roadmap is in alignment with business goals.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to product owners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform future strategies.Advocate for user needs and ensure products meet usability and accessibility standards.Identify and mitigate product-related risks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in product ownership with a strong track record of successful product launches.Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.Several years of people management experience is a must.Compensation:Salary starting from 4 400EUR gross monthly.The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.Benefits:Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.Car allowance, wellness contributions, premium medical services, family-friendly benefits, meal contribution, and extra vacation days.Hybrid-flex work environment with travel expected between Bratislava, Brno, and Kosice.Location and Work Environment: This role is based in Bratislava, Slovakia; it is a hybrid-flex position requiring presence in the office 2-3 times per week, with occasional travel between Brno, Kosice and Bratislava.Ready to find out more?
