At PwC, our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital budgeting, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.Those in the Shared Delivery Center (Financial Modelling) at PwC focus on developing initial financial models to support other Business Units within Deals, ensuring these models are accurate and appropriately detailed. Experience in developing business cases/feasibility studies would be an advantage.Experience in project financing, corporate finance, and valuations would be advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels; fluency in both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia & English.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
