You’ll enjoy hybrid flexibility, quarterly in-person meet-ups, generous paid time off, and a winter holiday office closure to recharge.If you’re a motivated, process-oriented professional who thrives on the details and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a company that values both performance and purpose.Key Responsibilities: Market Mapping & ResearchSearch, create, and build target company listsConduct detailed research on job roles, industry sectors, competitor intelligence, and talent trendsLeverage tools such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and ZoomInfo, and Boolean search techniques, to identify top talentCandidate Sourcing & AssessmentBe prepared to think outside the box and communicate search ideas that will generate qualified candidatesReview applicants and assess alignment with client needs, shortlisting high-potential candidates for the recruitment teamCandidate Packaging & PresentationPrepare detailed candidate presentations which will summarize:Core competenciesRecruitment metricsMarket data & competitor insightsProfessionally formatted résumésCandidate pitchProcess CoordinationCoordinate internal and external interviews between candidates and clientsFacilitate reference checks and assist with background verificationWhat You’ll Need:1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support or research role, ideally within Executive Search.Proven ability to map markets and source senior-level talent using data tools and Boolean search.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing platforms).Excellent communication and presentation skillsA curious, analytical mindset and a team-oriented approach.Next Steps:We do appreciate all interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Clarity Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible recruitment process and workplace.
