Ayesa is looking for an Associate to join our dynamic team in either Dublin or Cork. Our teams shape cities through high-speed rail systems, iconic bridges, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable water and energy solutions — all powered by cutting-edge tech and a culture of innovation.🧩 What You'll Be DoingAs an Associate, you’ll lead and deliver Wastewater and Water design packages across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of relationships with key clients and contacts across the business including client liaison and developmentManagement of projects within time, cost and quality constraints and standardsManagement of the day-to-day work of the team.Champions and promotes professional advice, guidance and support across the businessMonitors and manages compliance and KPI’sEstimating, pricing and delivering against work targetsManagement of engineering outsource partners✅ What You BringExposure to some or all of the following: drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage and flood risk management and assessment.General Civil Engineering Design/Water infrastructure design experience.Ability to plan, organise and manage resources, provide leadership, mentor and motivate a team of Engineers.Can effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, external agencies and build effective working relationships.Commercially astute, prepare technical and commercial bids, win work, project manage and consistently deliver significant projects to program and budget.Take ownership of multiple projects managing risk, ensuring financial, commercial and contractual compliance.Able to promote and champion a quality culture to achieve company goals, is committed to Continued Professional Development and keeps up to date with current trends in the industry.Proven experience in Project Management of large Water Infrastructure ProjectsExperience of contract administration, procurement procedures and contract forms an advantage.Degree qualified in relevant fieldRelevant professional qualification: Engineering/Project ManagementMinimum of 10 to 15 years relevant experienceChartered status or equivalent qualification.Knowledge of local legislation and its application a benefit.🎁 What’s in It for You✅ Competitive Salary🏡 Hybrid Work Model (2–3 days from home)🕓 Flexible Hours 37.5 per week (Core: 10am–4pm Mon–Thu, 10am–3pm Fri)💰 Pension Matching & Financial Planning Support🛡️ Income Protection & Life Assurance📚 Professional Development and Chartership Support🤝 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)🌱 Sustainability & Innovation-Focused Culture🎉 Socials, Recognition Awards & Wellbeing Initiatives🌴 Generous Annual Leave with Additional Days Based on Service🤝 We’re Inclusive by DesignAyesa is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
