Associate AI-First Developers (Future Opportunities)

This role blends traditional software development with a forward-looking approach to AI-assisted coding, automation, and innovation.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and test components for cloud-based SaaS applications using modern languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT APIs, or custom LLMs) to speed up prototyping, debugging, and documentation.Work with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.Stay curious about emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and software architecture best practices.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code quality improvements, and process automation using scripts or AI tools.Write clear, maintainable code and create internal documentation for new modules and integrations.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.0–2 years of hands-on programming experience (internships and personal projects count!).Proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar).Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic cloud concepts.Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in software development.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Openness to feedback and a collaborative working style.Nice to Have (but Not Required)Experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or prompt engineering.Knowledge of web frameworks like FastAPI, Express, or React.Exposure to AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.Experience with Git, CI/CD, and unit testing.Interest in automation, developer tooling, or system integration.Personal AttributesCurious and experimental—comfortable exploring new tools and techniques.Practical problem solver who values working code over theory.Eager to learn from mentors and contribute ideas early on.Self-starter who enjoys both independent and collaborative work.What Success Looks LikeDelivered production-quality code and small features to live systems.Used AI tools to boost productivity or creativity in your workflow.Contributed to at least one AI-enhanced prototype or internal tool.Gained confidence in full-stack development and modern software practices.Location:These positions will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.AI Mindset at Euna SolutionsWe believe the future of work is human + AI.
