Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Job DescriptionPrimary Function:Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations of the company.Educational Background:Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related fieldExperience:0-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful recommendationsProficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesRoles and Responsibilities:Analyse inventory levels, material consumption, and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiencyPrepare and present comprehensive reports on materials management, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues and bottlenecksDevelop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track materials performance and support data-driven decision makingProvide input on materials planning, purchasing, and logistics to improve overall operational effectivenessFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
