Job DescriptionThe AR/FA Associate is responsible for managing accounts receivable (AR) and fixed assets processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves daily system reconciliations, validation of billing and receipts, month-end closing activities, and support for recurring billing, any other AR related matters, and asset management.Key Responsibilities System ReconciliationCompare billing systems against ERP data to ensure accuracy.Flag and follow up on mismatches, errors, or discrepancies promptly. Billing & Credit NotesValidate supporting documents, including approvals, GST, and amount accuracy before posting.Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Receipts ManagementValidate supporting documents such as GST.Check amount accuracy and match payment references against invoices before posting. Giro CollectionMonitor and process Giro collections accurately and in a timely manner. Month-End ClosingReconcile AR subledger with General Ledger.Ensure all pending items are properly documented. Late ChargesReview and process late charges in accordance with company policy. Process & System SupportHandle system enhancement related support work as well as process improvement. Fixed AssetsHandle the annual asset count and ensure proper records are maintained.Work with users to manage capital project–related matters.Facilitate the disposal of assets in compliance with internal controls.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Fixed Assets.Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile large data sets.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion or equivalent) is an advantage.Good understanding of GST and other statutory compliance requirements.Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
