We are looking forward to hire Business Analysis Professionals in the following areas : Primary Skills1+ years of full-time experience as a Business Analyst.Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Elicitation, Managing Requirements, Scope & StakeholdersExpertise in business process modeling and diagramming techniquesWorking knowledge of Agile framework - to have worked on Scrum/Kanban/othersShould be self-motivated and PROACTIVEShould have experience working with US/UK customers and have ability to engage positively with customersUnderstanding of multiple business domains and various file and data formats used across domainsShould have experience creating business and functional requirement specificationsShould have experience working with multiple teams & stakeholders to deliver project requirementsShould be able to work in the EU/UK timeDesirable SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills and need to coordinate directly with customer's customer, i.e. the end userGood convincing skills, ability to get the point across without aggravating the opposite partyExpertise on multiple business domains and data file formats will be a plusGood To HaveLogistics domain experienceKnowledge in EDI - knowledge of X12 standards and working with file formats like EDI, Flat file, XML etc.ResponsibilitiesAbility to handle/work on multiple discrete projects concurrentlyRequirements analysis and Elicitation - to gather requirements from business over phone and emailUnderstanding the as-is and to-be states of the business need and thereby the system needsManaging scope - working with stakeholders to avoid scope creep and ensuring all agreed scope is deliveredEstimation - providing BA and coordinating Developer estimates.
