Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Associate – Client & Business Support to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client communication, content creation, and cross-team coordination. You will work closely with multiple departments to support daily operations, assist clients, and contribute to marketing and communication activities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Sales, and Support—to ensure clear and consistent communication across all channels.Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.Create, edit, and publish engaging digital content such as blog posts, social media updates, website content, and newsletters.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to schedule product demos, webinars, or client meetings.Conduct basic research to identify potential clients, market trends, or content ideas.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (English proficiency is a must).Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, content writing, email marketing).Ability to respond to customers politely and professionally.Creativity in writing and interest in producing digital content.Willingness to learn and grow in both marketing and customer support areas.Familiarity with tools like Canva, social media platforms, or CMS is a plus.Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn or send their resume to careers@layoutindex.com with the subject line "Associate – Client & Business Support".
