Based out of our Santiago de Chile office supporting one of the time zones below:Supporting NY time zone (Eastern Standard Time {EST})Supporting San Francisco time zone (Pacific Standard TimeThe role will function on a full onsite/hybrid capacity. About the RoleAs an Associate, Client Services at Atheneum, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with top-tier experts for qualitative virtual sessions. This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong commercial acumen—you’ll need to persuade experts, negotiate fees, and meet KPI targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.Your responsibilities will include:Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Identify and onboard industry experts for client projects, ensuring availability for rapid booking.Managing Multiple Projects: Coordinate multiple projects at once, efficiently matching clients with the right experts.Fast-Paced Booking and Scheduling: Quickly secure expert sessions on short notice, maintaining organization and clarity.Client Needs Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to provide tailored expert recommendations.Communication and Outreach: Use cold calls, emails, and persuasive language to engage experts and secure their participation.Negotiation & Sales Focus: Convince experts to participate in sessions, negotiate competitive fees, and ensure smooth execution.Adaptability and Agility: Think on your feet, adjust to shifting client needs, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.Client Excellence: Maintain high-quality service by managing expectations, delivering accurate recommendations, and ensuring expert sessions run seamlessly.Profiles We Are SeekingWe are looking for driven, collaborative, and resilient individuals eager to build a corporate career with opportunities for rapid growth.
