Associate Commercial Finance Manager (Creative)

ResponsibilitiesEnsure revenue recognition is in accordance with Groupe policiesActively support the revenue forecasting, budgeting and reporting processActively support Commercial Finance Managers in month-end closing activities such as journals, schedules, reports and etcCo-ordinate and support weekly Finance WIP sessions with business leadsMaintain and update relevant schedules such as WIP, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Income and etcMaintain Master Data accuracy of clients and vendorsSupport and co-ordinate finance related matters in business tendersEnsure client billings are in line with clients’ requirementsAssist with internal, external and client auditsAny other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to timeQualificationsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESStrong sense of responsibility Independent and resourceful Organised Meticulous A team player Good problem solving skills QUALIFICATION Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent Experience in advertising industry will be added advantage COMPUTER PROFICIENCYMS Excel - highly preferable Spectra / BCC Accounting Software Hyperion (HFM)Additional InformationGenerous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave.Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October.Additional Company closure for all 4 major festive CelebrationsCashless comprehensive medical coverage, including access to a panel clinic, dental and optical care.Life and personal accident insurance and group hospitalization and surgery.A hybrid working schedule and with Friday disconnects.Rest Relax & Recharge - office closure last week of December every year.Phone Allowance
