In this role, you will gain immediate exposure to high-level clients and candidates, contributing to various stages of the executive search process while building a strong foundation for your career in professional services.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with C-level executives (CEOs, CXOs) and senior stakeholders to understand their business needs, culture, and strategic objectivesContributing to detailed analyses of the competencies, personality traits, and motivations required for success in senior rolesEngaging with senior candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assessing their fit for leadership positionsPartnering with the Project Manager to present findings and provide strategic recommendations to clientsWhat you bringSuccess in this role requires strong intellectual ability to quickly understand diverse business models and critical success factors across industries.
