Join our Corporate Development team and bring your passion and talent to work. Associate Corporate Development (100%) Männedorf, Zürich Your contribution In this dynamic and impactful role, you will support Tecan’s company-wide strategy projects and help drive our ambitious growth targets through M&A and partnerships across both the Life Science and Partnering divisions. You’ll be responsible for market intelligence, identifying and managing strategic opportunities, and supporting M&A transactions and companywide initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, you’ll collaborate with senior management and gain exposure across the organization. Responsibilities Gather and analyze market intelligence, including macro trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory context Support and independently drive strategic projects and companywide initiatives Prepare insightful competitive analysis and strategic advice for senior management and board members Develop and review company strategy and identify proprietary growth opportunities Coordinate PMO activities in larger projects Support and drive M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, and integration Conduct strategic and financial analysis, including financial modeling and business plan development Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare presentations and workshops for senior management  Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
