Description事業部門: トランザクション・アドバイザリー・グループ – 米国およびグローバル職種: アソシエイト(コーポレート・ファイナンス、日本)職務概要:コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のアソシエイトは、シニアメンバーの指導のもと、市場・財務分析、クライアント資料の作成、事務的な調整業務、案件のオリジネーション活動のサポートを通じて、プロジェクトの遂行および案件のオリジネーション活動の両面で支援します。主な業務内容:シニアメンバーの指導のもと、正確かつ主体的に業務を遂行する提案書やクライアント資料の作成を通じ、案件のオリジネーション活動をサポートする基本的なバリュエーションモデルを構築し、契約の基礎を理解することでプロジェクトの進行を支援する必要なスキル・資質:ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻コーポレート・ファイナンス、財務分析、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)のスキル日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと歓迎スキル: 英語職務経験:1〜3年程度の関連業務経験(例: ファイナンシャル・アドバイザリー等)求める人物像は、基礎的なスキルを有し、スピード感のある環境で学び成長する意欲を持つ若手プロフェッショナルBusiness Unit: Transaction Advisory Group – US and GlobalJob Title: Associate, Corporate Finance, JapanRole Overview:The Associate, Corporate Finance position plays a supporting role in both execution and origination by performing market and financial analyses, preparing client materials, handling administrative coordination, and supporting deal origination activities under the guidance of senior members.Responsibilities:Accurately perform tasks and proactively manage work under the guidance of senior members.Assist in deal origination activities through the preparation of proposals and client materials.Build basic valuation models and support project discussions by understanding contract fundamentals.Skills / Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related fieldCorporate finance, financial analysis, M&A process, valuation, Office (Excel, PPT, Word)Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.Work Experience:1–3 years of relevant professional/business experience (e.g. Financial Advisory).Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Inclusive DiversityA&M’s entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who can positively impact our clients and shape our industry.
