Our purpose is to help those dealing with mental health problems and equip mental health practitioners with holistic-integrative methods. CHi-Psy is involved in various fields including counseling, parenting, teaching, training, personal & career development, and leadership programs.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Associate Counselor at Center for Holistic-integrative Psychology, located in Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Some work from home is acceptable. The Associate Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, supporting clients in developing personal growth strategies, and collaborating with other mental health professionals. Additional tasks include maintaining client records, conducting assessments, and participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in holistic-integrative psychology.QualificationsSkills in Counseling and providing mental health supportAbility to conduct Assessments and maintain Client RecordsExperience in Personal Growth Strategies and Collaborative work with mental health professionalsKnowledge of Holistic-Integrative Psychology methods and practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both in-office and remotelyRelevant experience and/or education in psychology, counseling, or related fieldsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
