The successful candidate will focus on underwriting, assist with the sourcing and execution of real estate and related investments across the EMEA region, and provide support for asset management efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exitsSupport financing activities for both new and existing investments, including evaluation of different financing options, legal coordination and negotiation with lendersSupport the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committeesContribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment thesesWork with the EMEA CRE equity asset management team on establishing initial business plans, business plan execution, performance monitoring and reporting, financing and exits of the investments.
