We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills And CompetenciesProficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databasesHands-on experience with DBT for data modeling (even in an academic or project setting)Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark for large-scale data processingExperience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization Strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities (Preferred)3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar roleExperience working in a cloud-based data environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)Familiarity with Agile ways of working or product-centric teamsUnderstanding of data governance, lineage, and quality best practicesEducationBachelor Degree is preferredResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Data Analyst with the CnG Data Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformationBuild and enhance DBT data models to support reliable, scalable analyticsUse Databricks and PySpark to explore, clean, and analyze large datasetsDesign and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or TableauValidate data outputs, document data lineage, and ensure overall data qualityCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams on ongoing initiativesCommunicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesProactively manage tasks and follow through with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of data governance, lineage, and quality best practicesAbout The TeamThe CnG Data Analytics team partners across the organization to provide data-driven insights and support regulatory, operational, and customer-focused products. As an Associate Data Analyst, you'll work with large datasets, modern data tools, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analysis and reporting.This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is comfortable working independently, communicates clearly, and is eager to grow their skills using tools like SQL, DBT, Databricks, PySpark, and Power BI/Tableau.support regulatory, operational, and customer-focused products.
