The successful candidate will join our team as a junior, performing data analysis, data visualization, developing and implementing advanced analytics models, and providing actionable insights to clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional client teams to drive adoption of the analytical outputs and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our findings.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or any field with significant quantitative training in the curriculum2 to 5 years of working experience in a role related to data analysis is preferred, but not necessary. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Consulting experience strongly preferred, but not necessaryExcellent speaking, listening, and writing skills in English is requiredProficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization toolsProven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a high-pressure work environmentKeen interest in understanding business challenges and learning to use data to come up with relevant insights and solutionsMost importantly, a keen sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn, while staying humble and collaborative when working with teammates.
