This is an ideal way to kickstart your career in Data Science!About The RoleAs an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, data engineers, and business experts to help clients turn data into insights and measurable operational value. What really counts is your hunger to solve business challenges with technology and your drive to keep learning. The following will help you hit the ground running:Currently studying or recently graduated in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related fieldProgramming skills or familiarity with at least one language commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with SQLUnderstanding of statistical methods and machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, feature engineering)Curiosity or hands-on exposure to LLMs and generative AI (e.g., using or fine-tuning large language models, experimenting with embeddings, evaluating models, or integrating LLM APIs into workflows)Self-driven attitude and analytical mindset: you enjoy digging into data, asking questions and making sense of messy real-world problemsClear communication skills in Finnish and English (spoken and written)Curiosity about consulting and eagerness to grow client-facing, project management and problem-solving skillsInterest in processes, business operations and how technology can support organisational changeBonus: Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) or data engineering toolsWe work closely with our clients, often on-site.
