Associate Data Scientist

About The RoleWe are seeking an Associate Data Scientist to drive high-quality data sourcing, cleaning, and automation to support outbound prospecting and lead generation. In this role, you will extract, prepare, and enrich prospect lists, research new lead sources, and build Python-based scraping tools to ensure data accuracy for our CRM systems.You will work closely with marketing and business development teams to align data initiatives with campaign objectives, while continuously improving and scaling data workflows for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, clean, and prepare prospect data based on campaign briefs.Research and identify new lead sources to enhance prospecting efforts.Build and maintain Python-based scraping and automation tools.Ensure data accuracy, enrichment, and proper integration into CRM systems.Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align data outputs with campaign goals.Continuously optimize and scale data workflows for efficiency and reliability.QualificationsProficiency in Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and web scraping tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience with data cleaning, enrichment, and workflow automation.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.Prior experience in data-driven marketing, sales operations, or lead generation is a plus.Software Finder is a leading B2B SaaS marketplace that helps businesses discover, compare, and select the right software solutions.
