Join us as we continue to expand, grow, innovate, and help take Scandit to the next level.Your opportunityAs a Associate Data Workforce Manager (ML/AI), you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the data team – managing, planning resources, and improving processes. You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and the quality assurance team to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.This role connects people, data, and processes – requiring both team management skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving, often under time pressure.Planning and prioritizing tasks and managing team resourcesMonitoring performance indicators and identifying areas for optimizationCreating and updating internal process documentation and onboarding materialsCollaborating with data engineers and product managers to clarify project requirementsImproving and automating operational processesParticipating in the sourcing and onboarding of individuals for specific project-based tasksWho we look forWe are looking for someone with experience in project and/or team management, who has an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
