We look forward to receiving your application.DescriptionEnsure the stable and secure execution and management of digital asset operations, including wallet management and blockchain transactions.Support the full transaction lifecycle and ensure compliance with Travel-Rule, KYT, and AML requirements.Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to our internal control and governance framework.Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of new products and protocols by analyzing digital asset trends, tokenization projects, and onchain infrastructure developments.Participate in key strategic projects that help shape the future of digital asset banking.RequirementsUniversity degree or completed commercial education with further training in finance, economics, or information systems.Proven professional experience in banking operations, treasury, or digital asset services is an advantage.Strong interest in blockchain, custody, and digital assets topics with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.Analytical and precise working style, high sense of responsibility and ownership, and reliability in operational execution.Team player with excellent communication skills and readiness to collaborate across departments (Investment Solutions, Trading, Mid Office, Compliance, Risk and IT).Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).Curiosity for innovation, paired with an appreciation for the trust, security, and discretion that define private banking.
