Overview: The Director - Community Assets at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and management of community-based assets that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that community assets meet the needs of the public while aligning with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya City.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and development of community assets, including parks, recreational facilities, and public spacesCollaborate with urban planners, architects, and engineers to ensure the design and functionality of community spaces are innovative and inclusiveOversee the implementation of community asset projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetEngage with community members and stakeholders to gather input and feedback on community asset development and managementEstablish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, governments, and businesses to foster community engagement and collaborationDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the management and maintenance of community assetsMonitor and evaluate the performance of community assets, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to enhance their usage and sustainabilityEnsure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations in all community asset projectsPrepare reports and presentations for Qiddiya leadership and stakeholders detailing project status, feedback, and community impactQualificationsBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
