In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our hospitality offerings, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and promoting an unforgettable guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processesManage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs and financial modeling for high-impact projectsSupport senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignmentManage third party consultants as required Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assetsSupervise junior team members and contribute to team developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles with a proven track record of leadershipBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
