The Group is also a majority shareholder in PhonePe, one of the leading Payments Apps in India.Responsibilities - Interface with the internal IT/Tech teams on Requirement Analysis and Category specific objectives.Provide active support in new source identification, assessment, and evaluation and as per strategic sourcing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ and e-auction)Collaborate with internal teams (IT/ Tech/ Finance / Legal) to address commercial andtechnical challenges to ensure timely implementation of Contracts/Agreements related to the assigned category.Manage Source to PO workflow related to the commodities with appropriate documentation and compliance.Periodic reporting to project team / requester and Procurement leadership on status, issues, and corrective actions.Collaborate with businesses on developing vendor performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for service partnersCo-ordinate periodic vendor reviews and publish vendor performance metrics.Build and manage effective internal and external relationships within the Sourcing, client team and service partners and wider business.Act as a pivotal point of escalation for managing Vendor performance: Identify Servicepartner’s issues and Co-ordinate resolution process (Commercial and Qualitative)Develop benchmark data on the category / service segment and conduct Demand and Supply analysis for the IT categoryBe aware of global industry trends, market conditions, technological advancements and trade regulations related to the IT categories.Essential Skills - Strong technical skills in Technology ( IT / Network, Cloud(GCP/Azure), Hardware(Server), Software (SaaS) & Data Centre) domains. Passion for technologyStrong Procurement domain skills and experience. Well versed with Purchase cycle,negotiation strategies, supplier management and costing principles and Strong contracting skills.Good connection and understanding of the Technology vendor landscape. Able to lead Supplier centric initiatives and Strong analytical skills.Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders and meet internal customer satisfaction targets.Understanding of Local & International Tax laws.Exposure to national /international logistics is desirable.Self-starter. Understands and delivers on Procurement performance metrics.Proven skills in Vendor Profile Evaluation, Performance Assessment and Vendor ManagementAbility to understand, translate customer requirements and find appropriate solutions with quick turnaround time and meet organizational and stakeholder expectations.Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and businesses to drive the procurement requests to closure.Excellent diligence in contract management and adherence to compliance directives.Work Experience -Preferably Engineering Graduate with 12-15years of IT Procurement work experienceSystem savvy - Able to work on Oracle Fusion P2P , Sourcing, Contract & Microsoft Office tools.
