Job Description

Responsibilities:Lead firmwide risk assessments and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.Identify systemic control gaps through quality reviews and drive timely, effective remediation initiatives.Enhance quality control standards, audit methodologies, and governance frameworks to promote continuous improvement.Provide independent technical oversight of audit engagements prior to issuance of audit opinions, ensuring regulatory and professional compliance.Conduct root cause analysis on quality findings and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action plans.Develop and deliver training, coaching, and capability-building programs to strengthen technical competencies and quality awareness across teams.Act as key liaison with regulators and senior leadership, preparing reports, managing inspections, and advising on emerging quality risks and trends.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent professional qualification).10–12 years of audit experience within a large international or professional services firm, with exposure to quality reviews or internal audit preferred.Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
