This is a unique opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business.Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures.Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial consolidation and reporting.Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple markets.Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environments.Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational finance.Experience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plus.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
