Alentis Therapeutics, the Claudin-1 Company, is on a mission to treat cancer and reverse fibrosis. To this end, we are rapidly advancing a clinical pipeline of anti-Claudin-1 monoclonal antibodies. Our team is committed to unlocking the broad potential of our therapeutic target Claudin-1 and bringing much-needed medicines to patients suffering from solid tumors as well as kidney, liver, and lung fibrosis.TasksAs Associate Director, Human Resources & Facilities in a dynamic biotech environment, you will partner with scientific and operational leaders to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration. You will drive initiatives that shape the company culture, enhance employee development, and support organizational transformation to ensure long-term success.Strategic HR PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goalsUse HR analytics to support decisions and measure impact.Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including performance, development, and engagementOperational ExcellenceDesign and implement HR processes that facilitate the overall operations of Alentis, including efficient collaboration with Finance, Legal and other stakeholdersOversee day-to-day HR operations and manage the HRISEnsure all company policies and practices comply with relevant employment laws and biotech regulatory requirements, while being appropriate for a small, nimble organizationTalent & Leadership DevelopmentDevelop and deliver leadership development activities tailored to business needsDevelop and Implement succession planning and high-potential talent identificationSupport leaders to create impactful learning journeysEnsure alignment between change initiatives and desired cultural outcomesCulture & EngagementDesign and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance cultureLead employee engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable strategiesEmbed values and behaviors that support scientific excellence, ethical conduct and cross-functional collaborationOrganizational DevelopmentAdvice on organizational design to support agile, matrixed structures and global collaborationFacilitate team development across scientific and operational units Support transformation projects with a focus on people and culture.Change-ManagementLead communication and engagement strategies for cultural and organizational changeBuild change capability across leadership and teamsRequirementsMaster’s degree in human resources or related field5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in life scienceStrong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.Experience in leading change and development initiatives.Familiarity with HR analytics and modern HRIS platformsStrategic mindset with a collaborative and empathetic approachFluency in German and English; French is an assetCollaborative team spirit, integrity, resilience, and a global mindsetDemonstrated flexibility in responding to changing priorities or dealing with unexpected eventsCapability in handling multiple priorities and balance work to achieve business goalHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexible, proactive and able to work independently with a problem-solving attitude in a multi-cultural environmentBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.
