Associate Director M&A

Our client is a leading provider of software and services to a select group of public and private sector markets. They acquire, manage and build industry specific software businesses which provide specialized, mission-critical software solutions that address the particular needs of customers. With over customers in over 100 countries and a proven track record of solid growth, they are establishing a broad portfolio of software businesses to provide customers and shareholders with exceptional returns.The role is open due to strategic growth and reports to the one of the VP's of M&A. The Associate Director M&A will play an integral role;Evaluating and executing investments in vertical market software companiesSupporting General Managers in pursuing acquisitions in core and adjacent marketsPursuing acquisitions in net new markets.Accountable for the entire M&A life cycle from managing lead generation through to closing and integration of transactions.The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in a corporate development role, top tier consulting firm, M&A function at a major Accounting firm, investment banking, or private equity firm combined with a CFA, CPA or MBA.
